This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased through Enernnrinsingux at enernnrinsingux.world. We are committed to providing clear and fair return procedures for our customers in New Zealand.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The product has not been damaged, altered, or subjected to outdoor use.
• A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads including offline field packs and atlas data files once delivered.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
• Products that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact our team at contact@enernnrinsingux.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a reference number. Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant of the same product, contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within the 14-day return window.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
